Mental Health and Emotional Support Group

Will Damron (SAG-AFTRA), The Narrator Alliance

The Narrator Alliance is a mental and emotional health support group for SAG-AFTRA audiobook narrators. We meet on Zoom once per month, for a peer-led discussion about the unique difficulties (and joys) of being an audiobook narrator. The group is made by narrators, for narrators only, and all meetings are completely confidential.

B Scene B Heard offers a virtual environment where you use drama therapy techniques to improve your emotional well-being. Projective and embodiment techniques are used to support the processing of complex emotions. B Scene B Heard offers therapeutic principles that encourage individuals to “try on” different roles to learn more about themselves, express feelings, and resolve inner conflict.
